Use Mine Cart With Powered Rails
One of the oldest ways to travel long distances in the game is to build an extensive rail system with rails and mine carts operated with redstone. There are several types of rails, both powered and unpowered, that can be placed on top of the beam, horizontally or diagonally.
Once everything is set up, the player can create multiple stations to stop and start the mine train. This mine cart can be pushed forward periodically with the help of powered rails without the player doing anything.

Lower Portal

The key is to build multiple portals in important locations in the outside world and connect the paths between each portal in the Nether. In this way, moving from one area of the Minecraft world to another is eight times faster than traveling in the outside world.
Soul Speed in Soul Sand
Soul speed is a special treasure charm that can only be found by looting chests in Bastion Remnants or by bartering with Piglins. These enchantments can be applied to boots and help players walk and run faster in soul sands or soul soil blocks.
This is another way in which players travel Minecraft faster in the game. The only downside is that players will always need boots with those special charms to run faster.
Soul sand is very annoying to walk through as it slows down normal walking speed significantly. With the soul speed enchantment, available exclusively for boots, players can move extra fast on the Nether block instead of slower.
In order to travel in the outside world, one could choose to create a soul sand path and use their Soul Speed magic boots to move faster than before.
Plus, the Soul Speed enchantment has three different levels: I, II, and III. The higher the enchant level, the faster the player will move while wearing boots.
Boat on Ice Bridge
As players walk on blocks of ice, they'll notice that they can outrun it and slide when stopped.
Over the years, players have come up with a tactic where they can use boats to glide at insane speeds and travel thousands of blocks in a matter of minutes.
If the player places a block of ice as an alternative, the boat can row it faster. This technique can be used in any world, but players will always need a boat to travel.

Elytra With Rocket Fireworks
Elytra is one of the most powerful gears in the game. This is an ultra-rare item that can only be found on the ship End City.
It can be worn by players by changing the chest plate and allows them to slide down from any height. Players gradually discover that fireworks rockets can be used with this equipment to launch themselves and increase their speed.
With a combination of Elytra rockets and fireworks, players can fly wherever they want. This is arguably the easiest and fastest mode of transportation in Minecraft 1.19. Of course, players will need a steady supply of fireworks to keep flying.
